SIXTEENTH CENTURY,FULLY RESTORED.

OUR PROPERTY WAS ONE OF THE FIRST HOUSES BUILT IN CARTAGENA IN 1560,
HOME OF THE FIRST GOVERNOR OF THE CITY AND THERE IS HISTORICAL EVIDENCE THAT IT WAS INHABITED BY THE FAMOUS PIRATE SIR FRANCIS DRAKE IN 1587.

THE HOUSE HAS 5 SUITES , 1 DELUXE ROOM AND 1 TWIN ROOM FOR A TOTAL OF SEVEN ROOMS
OUR PROPERTY HAS TWO POOLS, ONE IN THE COURTYARD AND IN THE ROOF TOP WHIT AN AMAZING VIEW TO THE CATHEDRAL
